(2) Valuation of subsequent giftsIn the situation of any additional contribution, the truthful industry price of this sort of contribution shall be based on using the lesser of— (A) the truthful industry price of the property at the time with the initial fractional contribution, or(B) no part of the net earnings of which inures to the good thing
